US DOMESTIC SHIPPING

All orders are shipped via UPS or through the United Sates Post Office (USPS). All orders MUST be sent to a physical address - orders placed with a P.O. Box will be cancelled.

Salted Flame Botanica processes orders Monday through Friday from 8am - 6pm PST. Any orders placed outside of this timeframe will be processed the following business day.

If we are out of stock on an item, you will be provided with options ranging from store credit, a full refund, or you can wait for a restock which typically happens within 5 days of an item going out of stock.

All orders are shipped in plain and discrete packaging to respect your privacy.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Salted Flame Botanica only ships within the US and it’s territories. We hope to offer international shipping soon.

RETURNS

30 DAYS TO RETURN

Salted Flame Botanica does accept returns so long as they are done within 30 days of your purchase and the item(s) are unopened. Items must be returned in their original packaging.

There is a 10% restocking charge on each order unless the fault or error is ours. Shipping fees will not be refunded unless the fault or error is ours and authorization was given. Please open your parcels immediately and inspect them for damage or shortages. If your order has been processed/picked up and you request the order to be canceled before it ships there is a 15% restocking fee.

Damaged Items

SF Botanica’s main goal is to ensure your delivery makes it to you safely and we ensure items are packed securely for their arrival. That said, damages to packages is out of our control once the items are in possession of the shipping handler.

Should your package arrive to you damaged, broken, or opened as a result of shipping, please make a claim with the carrier. Additionally, we are more than happy to replace any damaged item as long as you can show proof of damage and carrier claim.
